Note: This article is part 2 of a series of articles published repressed emotions. The first book of anger. Some statements refer to two and are repeated in both articles. You can find the first section of emotional control at Urban Monk.

Personal development is a key objective to achieve happiness. What is often found in the way they are "negative" feelings, go to the track. Most people have some of these emotions, either repressed or lasting with noOutlet.

In the first part of this series of personal development, we dealt with anger. If you have dealt with anger, you probably bring a little 'sadness - in general both situations, even if the anger can "mask" the sadness. As a rule, are mourning, after releasing repressed anger.

Benefits of the issuance of sadness

It is worth stating the obvious: the release of this pain is an important part of being happy. But it is notsimple. Think about your clearing house or painting a wall. Understanding Sadness

I spent a whole year to pay for this and this behavior is physically and emotionally for nearly a year. And I am one of the luckiest.

If you have a safe place. A few hiccups can, Cry or act differently, your pain - to understand, either alone or with a person. (Note: If you are a man, no way your wife or girlfriend - even if you think you can understand - the damage to your image in the head may be irreparable.)

Ignore the little voice in your head

No one has gone through this life unscathed untreated. Let the soul forward, ignore the little voice that says: "This is not manly." Nobody knows. "Icome with her. "Maybe so, but be careful, you could live in denial, are many. When you deny, delete and put downward spiral of depression and a life of confusion. 'Ll probably go through the exercise, and you move some supplanted injured. If you really do not, then I'm happy for you.

Let It All Out You might feel strange and self-conscious is normal. The best thing to do to maintain it. Just do it over and over again until you get the feeling that everything is finished.You know when this happens instinctively. It could take weeks, it may take days, and is different for everyone.

Learning to cry

This may sound strange, but many people have forgotten how to cry. I could not cry, for many years.

What do you want to achieve is to cry deeply, the kind that comes from deep and physically. A few tears are in order, in reality, if you did not call for a long time, everything would be obtained for the first timetry.

Let mourn him. If it tears the first time in a long time, do not get done if you can not. If I did, tried to convince me that I was fine, there was no reason to cry. This is an obstacle that must be overcome.

Read the whole night in bed and wept. Personally I find it helps to sit somewhere in a corner crying on the floor. Perhaps it is the echo of the pain of childhood. The Blues Brothers [Region 2] Marvelous Music, Hilarious Story - Rick Twain -
“The Blues Brothers” is one of those films you wind up watching again and again. In large part this is because of the music– the film is really a musical at heart, and a chance to showcase the talents of some of the greatest singers of our time. And because it is a musical, the film gets away with taking liberties with reality that even a comedy would hesitate to do.

It helps that this is also Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi at the height of their game. Few comedians could have kept these characters interesting for a solid 2 1/2 hours, sometimes making us laugh with nothing more than a glance. And the car chase scenes are nothing short of inspired, particularly at the end, when the movie slips into an almost surreal armageddon for police cars, with a supporting cast of angry country singers and even the infamous Illinois Nazis for good measure.

A mission from God, indeed.
: After building up the duo’s popularity through popular recordings and several performances on Saturday Night Live, John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd–as “legendary” Chicago blues brothers Jake and Elwood Blues–took their act to the big screen in this action-packed hit from 1980. As Jake and Elwood struggle to reunite their old band and save the Chicago orphanage where they were raised, they wreak enough good-natured havoc to attract the entire Cook County police force. The result is a big-budget stunt-fest on a scale rarely attempted before or since, including extended car chases that result in the wanton destruction of shopping malls and more police cars than you can count. Along the way there’s plenty of music to punctuate the action, including performances by Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Cab Calloway, and James Brown that are guaranteed to knock you out. As played with deadpan wit by Belushi and Aykroyd, the Blues Brothers are “on a mission from God,” and that gives them a kind of reckless glee that keeps the movie from losing its comedic appeal. Otherwise this might have been just a bloated marathon of mayhem that quickly wears out its welcome (which is how some critics described this film and its 1998 sequel). Keep an eye out for Steven Spielberg as the city clerk who stamps some crucial paperwork near the end of the film. –Jeff Shannon

After all the hype from my brother who works in digital design my wife and I bought a mac mini. All we do is music, photos, type a document up, and surf the net. I bought an external hard drive since memory is pricey on macs. I enjoy this machine much more than my former uses on a windows OS or on Ubuntu from my Linux machine, everything is streamlined and very easy.

However, the biggest issue is the cd drive doesn’t always read the cd, or can’t eject the disk. Reboot the sucker, play around with this or that, read an online forum to fix it this way or that way. But the bottom line is cds get stuck for me a bit too regularly. It like owning a fancy sports car and the door won’t open or shut, and you sit there opening your doors with a coat hanger.
Part of why people buy Mac computers (other than the fact that they work, continue to work, and then work some more) is the clean design. With the Mac Mini, you get a super duper Mac computer with all the reliability and great apps, all in a well designed little computer.
